Living in Saratoga Springs, Utah.
A lake on one side, the Lake Mountains on the other, and one of Utah's most beloved municipal courses threading the middle. Saratoga Springs has quietly become the place Utah County moves to when they want space, water, and quick access to Silicon Slopes — all in the same zip code.

The water and the mountains, every day
Utah Lake's shoreline runs the length of Saratoga Springs, with marinas, paddleboarding, and quiet morning walks. To the west, the Lake Mountains rise quickly — a backdrop you'll see from nearly every window at The Fairways.
A real community, not a subdivision
Saratoga Springs grew from a master plan, not sprawl. That means parks, trails, and gathering spaces are built in — and the city keeps adding them. The Fairways' grand clubhouse is part of that fabric: somewhere to host, work out, or quietly read by the lake.
Costco-close, but never in traffic
Costco, Walmart, Smith's, and a growing list of Saratoga Springs restaurants are within five minutes. For bigger trips, Lehi's Outlets at Traverse Mountain and Thanksgiving Point are a 15–20 minute drive.
Top-rated schools in the Alpine district
The Fairways feeds into the Alpine School District — one of Utah's largest and best-resourced. Newer elementary and secondary campuses serve the Saratoga Springs neighborhoods. We're glad to share current boundary details for any specific home.
